SHIPPING & RETURNS
We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within two (2) business days of receipt. We do not ship over the weekend or on holidays. Our standard delivery method within the 48 Contiguous States is UPS Ground service. Additional shipping charges apply for express shipping and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
UPS service is unavailable to the following destinations: U.S. Territories, U.S. military installations and P.O. Boxes.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. You may return an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery. All items must include original packaging. Items that are used or damaged will be denied a refund.
Please use the Online Returns Form to generate and print your return shipping label. A full refund, minus return shipping & handling charges, will be issued to the original form of payment.
Any original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
If we made an error on your order, or if your product is defective, please email us images and details of the error/defect to request a free return shipping label.
We warranty our products against all quality or workmanship defects for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase. If a defect is discovered, please provide details and images of the issue in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review and respond within 3 business days from receipt of your email. If approved, we will issue a free shipping label for return of the product(s) and will provide a full refund issued to the original form of payment.
Please note that natural wear and tear or damage caused from product misuse is not covered under warranty.
